PSN’s Vanguard is a unique loft living concept built from the ingenious redevelopment of a former aviation factory in Modřany.

We gave Vanguard its iconic name, developed its signature brand identity and subsequently delivered a series of brand collaterals. We implemented its communication strategy, found the right partnerships for the brand and even threw a few events. Our approach was well appreciated, winning us the Best in Development Marketing at the International Property Awards in London.
