When rebranding Sky City Villas and crafting its communication campaign, we focused on letting the elegance of its design shine through. The visual identity subtly nods to the building’s architecture, which draws inspiration from 20th-century functionalist icons.

A project so beautiful, it almost makes our job easier. The villas can now be explored through detailed, book-like brochures, a website, or on social media. Offline didn’t slip our minds: as you drive by one of the billboards, you’ll catch a glimpse that leaves you with nothing but a desire for a home like Sky City Villas.

Brand Strategy Development

The strategy centered on presenting Sky City Villas as a rare blend of privacy and architectural sophistication. We positioned the villas as modernist homes for design-conscious buyers—people who value space, clarity, and timeless aesthetics. Referencing icons like the Tugendhat Villa, the brand narrative emphasized architectural quality as its core value, reflected across messaging, PR and campaign materials.

The logo

The villas themselves evoke confidence and exclusivity — the logo reflects these qualities through its design language. The generous typography and a horizontal line reminiscent of a blue horizon create a sense of lightness and abundance.

Key Visual

We worked in close collaboration with MNLT Studio to capture the unique nature of the architecture. The renders inspired us to let them become the protagonists of the grand story, reducing everything else to its simplest, least distracting form.

Brochures

To support clients in choosing their future home, we redesigned a set of premium brochures that present the project in full detail. They include information about location and accessibility, floorplans with possible layout variations, and specifications of the materials, technologies, and finishes used throughout the villas.

Graphic Manual Development

The visual identity is guided by clearly defined rules: from refined logo spacing and typographic consistency to a restrained but expressive color palette led by Reflex Blue. We created a system of layout and visual principles that let the architecture speak—using minimal text, generous white space, and clean alignments. Every asset, from claim placements to protective zones, reinforces the brand’s clarity and elegance.
