As part of the brand creation, we gave LIHOVAR its name, visual identity and brand voice. We developed the brand further, delivering digital & offline collaterals and set up its social media strategy. In 2024, we revisited the communication strategy, bringing a new campaign to life.

Creative Vision
Our aim was to capture the unique spirit of the place – the industrial past fused with the modern energy of Smíchov. The visual identity of Lihovar draws from its rawness and authenticity, while embracing the optimism of its future transformation. Architecture, culture, and lifestyle come together to tell a single, powerful story: This is where Smíchov begins. The aesthetic is grounded in bold typography, striking colours, and a clearly defined campaign: Live Different Smíchov Riverside.
Brand Strategy
Lihovar’s brand strategy is built on three key pillars: an emotional anchor in the Spirit of Smíchov, the benefits of being part of Prague’s fastest-growing neighbourhood, and a strong emphasis on community. We've crafted a communication framework that adapts fluidly to various audiences – from investors to future residents. Lihovar isn’t just a new place to live – it’s a new definition of urban living.
Logo
The monumental logo, contrasted with a handwritten claim, creates visual tension that reflects the essence of the project itself: bold, human, and contemporary. The Lihovar logo speaks with clarity, confidence, and character.
Key Visual – Phase One
The first key visual builds on high-quality renderings by Studio Monolot, paired with hand-drawn illustrations that evoke the vibrant atmosphere of the future Smíchov. The typeface, designed by typographer Marek Pistora, is proportionally inspired by the verticality of the iconic Lihovar chimney.
Key Visual – Phase Two
In the next phase of Lihovar’s communication, the key visual was expanded with new illustrations and renderings. The industrial aesthetic of the once-neglected Lihovar now speaks a new language.
Website
From the outset, Lihovar’s digital presence was designed to fulfil three key ambitions: to introduce the brand and its values, to effectively market individual apartments to end customers, and to engage investors with a clear and credible concept. The website architecture bridges emotion and function – combining an interactive apartment selector, rich visual content, and a strong narrative arc.
Campaigns and Sales
One of the key deliverables of the sales campaign is the sales kit – a detailed document that distills the essence of the entire project in one place. It not only outlines all the benefits and characteristics of Lihovar but serves above all as an intuitive, user-friendly tool for choosing the ideal apartment.
Graphic Manual
To maintain brand consistency across all media, we developed a comprehensive graphic manual. It sets clear rules for the use of the logo, colour palette, typography, and layouts, but also the tone of voice for the entire visual communication. It serves as a reference point for partners and suppliers alike, ensuring that every output – from billboard to business card – speaks the same visual language.
