Groag Residence marks another chapter in our long standing collaboration with CONTI. Named after Jacques Groag, one of the defining figures of Czech modernist architecture, the project carries a legacy of thoughtful design, timeless elegance, and enduring quality.

Our role was to create a brand that would not simply accompany the architecture, but grow naturally from it. From strategy and visual identity to the website, digital communication, and marketing materials, we looked for a language that felt calm, cultured, and quietly confident.

Key Visual

The visual identity is rooted in the world of architectural drawings. Rather than leaning into familiar real estate conventions, it works with compositions that feel more like discovered fragments of a design process or pages from an archive. This gives the brand a more personal and tactile character. Contemporary in expression, yet designed to endure beyond trends.

Limited Edition Risograph Prints

Alongside the identity, we created a series of custom risograph prints for future residents. They were designed to find a place within the apartments themselves, bringing the story and visual character of Groag Residence into the homes they become part of.

Full Brand Experience

Across the website, campaign, and communication materials, every touchpoint was designed to feel calm, coherent, and carefully considered. Together, they create a distinct world around Groag Residence, one that reflects the architecture with the same clarity, restraint, and attention to detail.
