For Trigema’s flagship project, we developed a distinctive brand identity including a name that truly reflects the essence of the ambitious development. Collaterals included stationery, outdoor advertising, the key visual and social media setup.

Fragment redefines premium rental living in Karlín through a seamless fusion of art, architecture, and design. Henceforth shaped a visionary concept that intertwines living with art, influencing the district-defining works of David Černý. Creative consulting on the integration of Černý’s Lilith sculpture further reinforces Fragment’s avant-garde identity in Karlín.

We positioned Fragment as a top-tier rental property with a unique art-driven identity, creating a highly desirable address in Prague.

DAVID ČERNÝ

David Černý is one of the most prominent Czech figures in contemporary art. Known for his provocative works, his contribution to the project makes a bold statement.

LILITH

A key feature of Fragment, the Lilith sculpture embodies the project’s artistic and architectural identity. Composed of smaller steel plates that symbolize human body cells, the sculpture also physically supports the building, emphasizing human coexistence. In this way, it pays tribute to the nearby historical Invalidovna.

A comprehensive guide ensuring brand consistency, defining visual identity rules and maintaining a cohesive presence.

The floor plan was refined, streamlining 140 apartment layouts into 65 optimized typologies while enhancing spatial efficiency and design cohesion. The project’s lobby was designed to create a striking entrance space, integrating sculptural elements, high-end materials, and immersive storytelling for a premium first impression.

ESTABLISHING MATERIAL FINISHES

High-end standards for surfaces and overall interior organization were defined, ensuring a fully furnished, move-in-ready experience. Kitchens, bathrooms, and built-in storage were crafted with upgraded finishes, while standalone furniture, accessories, and lighting were later refined in collaboration with Trigema, Svoboda & Williams, and Lucie Nováková.
