Boleslavova 3 is a boutique residential project offering 15 unique residences in Prague, with stunning views of Fidlovačka Park and the entire Nusle Valley. The building’s design is both playful and creative, from the individual apartments to the common areas, giving it a distinctive character.

Boleslavova 3 was treated to a tailor–made brand and communication strategy. A key part was the collaboration with the best Czech contemporary designers and artists, including the photography duo shotby.us, each bringing their own unique perspective to Boleslavova 3. Together, we were able to tell six distinct stories and lifestyles within the project.
